Yes I know this isn't the right place to ask this, but lets be honest. Nobody would notice it in "Off Topic".

So I'm editing packs and I want to know how to change the hue/saturation on black. For example if a hotbar is blue, I can select it and change hue to red using the adjust hue and saturation tool, but I cant adjust black to a different color? That doesnt seem right Please help me if you know how.
