People have had lag from chunk loading in the past on badlion and the chunk loading in minecraft is already bad, I recommend adding this cool mod.( https://www.curseforge.com/minecraft/mc-mods/smooth-chunks )

Hello,This would still cause lag issues, would most likely make it worse.
