I notice every single time I switch to a minecraft version that isn't 1.8.9 my mouse is delayed when I open my inventory, open a chest, etc. I will open it and I have to wait like 1 second for it to start moving. When I am normally playing its fine but anytime my mouse itself is involved its delayed.

It's not my mouse itself. I have tried 3 different ones and its all the same.
