Some changes to make to the chat mod:

The Anti-Spam option doesn't hide most duplicate messages, for example in Hypixel Bedwars it doesn't hide duplicate "You Purchased …" messages, and it also doesn't hide duplicate messages by players, even if they're written right after each other.

Also, add an option to the Chat Mod to make the chat smoothly slide up when new messages are sent instead of teleporting up.
