I was banned wrongly. I have no cheats on my PC and have never cheated. | I ask for an explanation why I was banned.

Most of our bans are accurate, however it can happen that some users are falsely banned. We currently have no appeal system in place, but we have tools to make sure nobody was wrongly banned. If they were falsely banned, the ban should be overturned shortly.
