I'm attempting to enable vsync in Badlion client right now, however when it is on, its as if the framerate is unlimited, instead of capped, and I'm able to see screen tears. It used to work before, and I've tried resetting my settings and other things as well.

Just fixed it by going to nvidia panel, choosing the minecraft program and setting vsync to "Let the 3D application decide"
