theres a mod that runs on fabric (there is a forge version too) that i think should be added, its the immersive portal mod and it can be used to see through a nether portal or an end portal to the other side and go through with almost no lag time. there is a problem with the end though because i think that the end portal will always be over the middle of the end and it will always be very high up so you would need to mlg something.

This is not getting added to the client as it can be a unfair advantage, as like you said, it gets rid of the load time.
