With Skyblocks Addons mod, hiding other player's presents around the builder's house and the balloon on Hypixel Skyblock hub creates great lag for no reason, I've not been able to pinpoint the issue but it seems to be consistent on all versions of MC.



Here you can see my fps (top right) changing when i toggle the option on and off.
This is most definitely a render issue as the direction i'm looking at as a great impact on the fps rather than my position on the map.
