I have been playing Hypixel Skyblock for some time now and wanted to get a custom texture pack for this gamemode.
According to the creators of these packs, they need the L5 version of 1.8.9 OptiFine to work properly - and I can confirm this, as the custom textures do not work well in the Badlion Client, which uses the newer M5 version. Only one custom texture can be loaded at a time: if you have an AOTE (which is a diamond sword without a pack) in your inventory at the time you load the texture pack, an AOTD (also a diamond sword, yet with another custom texture from the pack) will also use the AOTE texture instead of the actual AOTD one.
From what I know, the only way to solve this issue is to switch to the L5 version of OptiFine. But is there any way of doing this in the Badlion Client? And if not, could this or another solution possibly be added? I really enjoy the SkyblockAddons mod in Badlion, yet this texture issue is quite annoying and I do not want to have to decide between these great add-ons and proper textures when playing Hypixel Skyblock.
Also I'm sorry in case hundreds of other requests like this already exist and I just could not find them.
