Add an option to disable the new main menu blur

So I heard there was a new alternative main menu that looked very nice. But my PC sucks and the blur lags my computer so much that when I was on Lunar, the blur would freeze my game for 5+ minutes.It would be good if you added it (I suggested it on Lunar but they didn't add it and it would be great if they added it to Badlion! I would main this client if it is added)
