How do I not hide mobs that are far away from me?

Title. It’s not my render distance, it’s working fine.Posted on 03 April 2021 - 07:53 AM
Hey,If you're playing in newer versions of Minecraft (Not 1.8.9) with Optifine enabled, you can go into MC Settings > Video Settings > Details, and change your entity render distance slider. The larger the number, the further away mobs will become rendered in.
Unfortunately Optifine does not make this feature available to 1.8.9.
Hope this helped,

No, If you're in older versions you can't change it. This feature was introduced in 1.16.1 G2 pre2.
