Optifine Zoom can be activated with Button4 or Button5 (the "Back" and "Forward" buttons on a mouse), but Perspective Mod can't. You can set the mouse button as the key, but pressing it does nothing. I would really love it if I could use my other side mouse button for Perspective Mod without having to use a special mouse software to set a keybind, and I was able to do this with other clients, but not this one, which is a shame because I really like BLC.
