so, its shows here - https://support.badlion.net/hc/en-us/articles/360017259640-Theme-Manager-Customizing-Themesthat you can make your own themes, but I dont have the plus icon. Is it a insiders only feature?

Hey there!Custom themes are only available for insider ranked members. However there are black, white and seasonal themes available to all members on BLC 3.
