Happens after 20 minutes of afking. Read title. forced to restart minecraft for fps to change

Hey,

You can try the following things that may improve your FPS:

-Make sure to close all background applications, e.g discord, browsers etc.
-Update your graphic drivers/update all of your drivers in general
-Check your minecraft vanilla settings, set your render distance on the lowest possible and set your graphics to fast, smooth lightning off, anisotropic filtering off, anti-aliasing off, tall grass rendering off,
-Make sure you are using the badlion implemented optifine mod.
-Use a low-end texturepack, e.g 16x texturepacks

Additional Badlion settings:
1) Enable "Low Graphics Mode".
2) Disable all cosmetics, emotes and HD skins.
3) Enable “FPS Boost”.
4) Disable cape particles
5) Allocate at least 2048mb of dedicated ram as it's the recommended amount.

Furthermore, if you are afking I would recommend setting your render distance and max framerate to the lowest setting possible.
