Hello everyone!

Since the release of BLC 3.0 mid December 2020, a lot has been going on in the background for the team and a few new names have shown up on the Admin rank list. We want to take some time to announce the new people who have recently joined the administration for the Badlion Client team. We also want to share a quick shout out to the business that owns Badlion Client, ESL Gaming (read more about them at https://about.eslgaming.com/). Even though Badlion is owned by ESL, it is ran by members of the Badlion/Minecraft community and receive support, tools and advice from ESL. With the arrival of the new admins, MasterGberry has moved onto other projects for ESL Gaming, and is no longer involved in the day to day decision making on Badlion. ESL is all about doing awesome things in gaming and creating the largest esports events possible for gaming fans worldwide and we love working with them. We have some really awesome things in the pipeline for this year, and we can't wait to share more information about them soon!

The client needed a new Product Manager. This role went to me "ginie1" , who's been around Badlion since it's inception. This means that I am the one in charge of the client and the overall product quality. While organizing the future updates of Badlion, I also monitor the Developers activity and workload. I am responsible for what gets put in the client and what doesn't.

With over 15 Developers working on the client, we need someone in charge of that team to assure it's doing the proper work and delivering it within the appropriate timeframe. git has been with our team for close to 5 years and has taking the responsibility of being the Lead Developer of the Badlion Client project. Another one of his role is assisting me "ginie1" with the overall stability of the client. Together, we are really the ones in charge of this amazing project.

The Badlion Client has been known to have one of the best server side anti-cheat, BAC. Meyp is the one in charge of this division, and has been doing so for quite a bit now. While being in charged of the BAC partnerships, he also supervises the BAC bans, the updates towards the anti-cheat and requests made by servers owners to keep improving our anti-cheat.

Next division of the client we'll be covering is our Partner program. Gonzalo has been in charge of the program for close to a year now. His main focus is the well-being of our partners, as well as improving the features and efficacity of the section. Since joining, he's been doing such a good job that we needed to add more users in charge to help him keep it up. Scrub (AU region), Doblox (NA region) and Soiree (EU region) have joined the team in October to assist both Gonzalo and the partners. More about these three will be listed below. Beside being in charge of the partner program, Gonzalo is also in charge of the Public Resources of the client. This means that he is the one organizing our help page on the support website - https://support.badlion.net

The first musketeer of the extension team for the partner program is Scrub. His region is primarily the Australian region and timezone, and main focus is to help the region grow even more! Beside this, he is also our QA Lead and in charge of the Testers Team. This means that he is the one making sure new updates are as bug free as possible, with himself reviewing every new features, but also organizing our testers and assigning them specific mod & features to test.

The second musketeer of the partner program is Doblox. His region is the North American region and timezone. He joined the admin team in early 2020 as the Cosmetic Manager for the client. With our cosmetic designer, model designer and animators team growing, his role is to organize the cosmetic timeline and assign each of team to its designated team members.

The third and last musketeer is Soiree. His region is the European region and timezone. Beside helping out in the partner program, he also assist our Staff Manager, Listen, with various tasks.

Moving away from the partner program, we have UnknownFact, our super star on support. He is in charge of both the Badlion Support Website and of the Tech Support team. His main role is to relay the unknown issue to our dev team and help our amazing community with their issues.

Manoo has been helping out with the client for quite a while now, originally in the Translator department. After showing leadership and dedication, they were promoted to Translators Manager in late 2020. Manoo is also starting a new team, called Community Managers, that will be keeping close eyes of the community feedback, hosting events and other fun tasks!

Finally, Listen has been our Staff Manager since the creation of the client. He's the one making sure the staff team is functioning properly, and staying on top of the common issues faced by our users.

In conclusion, the admin team is very eager to improve the quality of life of the client and make your experience the best possible. We are very grateful for the support all of you have shown over the years and we will make sure to make the client the best it can be!
