I don't think I have that many servers in my multiplayer menu, but I've noticed that it appears when servers load it freezes the client's main thread. Apparently, the loading part is not done asynchronously, which would most likely be the fix for this issue. Or, it could literally just me be. Let me know if anyone has issues that look like this (youtube unlisted link).
