Take this into consideration next time...
This thread will be going through why Moderators don’t always do what is demanded by players.

Why don’t Moderators of the Badlion Network teleport to a player when the player demands them too?
As a player, it’s difficult to come against a hacker and lose ELO to them. A lot of players have gone through this and found it tough not to react in a mature manner. A lot of people would like to react like this, “HACKER! SCREW YOU! YOU PIECE OF SHIT!” and some do, but they end up getting punished. That’s very understandable from a higher ELO player or any player, for that matter, to react like this. Anyone in their right mind would be mad if they lost to a hacker and that’s acceptable. The way one handles their anger is what concerns the Moderators. However, yelling at Moderators isn’t going to help your matter one bit. This is why the Developer team has put together this amazing report system and implemented it into the servers. And this didn’t just happen recently, this was implemented a long, long time ago. As a Moderator of Badlion, this really frustrates me that the players of Badlion cannot respect the rules and use the proper system that the Developer team has put into place.

Statistics show that 5-8 reports come through every minute, and that’s not with a full server (800 players). Lets just say there is usually two-three moderators on each server at the peak times. To look at 5 reports within one minute and to get enough evidence to ban the players from the correct reports is near impossible. Two Moderators could possibly handle 5 reports per minute but that would be tough on those Moderators. There is still the chat to worry about and too moderate 800 people in one chat is a hard job and ends up taking one Moderator to manage.
Let’s go through this, the reports and chat is handled by three moderators, which is reasonable. Now, just imagine having 5-10 private messages flowing in every minute on top of that. That is near impossible to handle all of those messages but let’s just say one Moderator is able to handle all those messages, if they don’t focus on the chat or reports. At the moment, we have four moderators on the server working their asses off and we still haven’t covered the website side of Moderation. Just take that all into consideration next time you have a go at a Moderator.

Is shouting out “TP! TP! HAXOR!” really that useful?
Not really. Moderators won’t teleport to you since they have enough on their plate to do. The last thing they want is some player spamming chat with “TP TP TP”. As mentioned up above, the Developer team has implemented a bloody brilliant report system and the players ought to use it more often.
Saying that, don’t spam the Moderators private message with “TP TP TP TP TP”. They already have 5-10 messages per minute and to have some player begging them to do something isn’t very helpful for them. Cut them some slack and use the report system.

The conclusion of this is to explain to the arrogant and self-centered players about what a Moderator goes through on a daily basis. Therefore, use what's put in-front of you and obey the guidelines that’s been put into place. Instead of screaming at Moderators because they didn’t teleport, use /report and move on. If you happen to fight the hacker again, /report the hacker once again. It’s as simple as that. There is no reason for a player to spam, scream at the Moderators or even act in a rude manner. The Moderator will deal with the hacker eventually and at the end of the day, that’s all that matters.

The chances of you fighting multiple hackers within 5 minutes is so low. Looking at the punishments page and our player counts its around 1/9 players that cheats. That means you have to play 8 matches to get a hacker in your 9th match. If you are silly enough to keep queueing up for the same ladder that you KNOW someone is cheating in, then you deserve another loss lol. When multiple people get reported it sets off a red flag as Macca said. People also would spam reports left and right thinking "omg every1 is cheating" just because they are bad (sorry but truth). This keeps things a little bit more in line with the fact that we have 3k ppl on during peaks…lots of reports.

Honestly using /report has never ever ever done anything for me. Nothing at all. Any player that I report never gets banned/kicked/muted even though I can tell when someone turns on the slightest hacks. The funny part is the thing you seem not to promote works a lot more efficiently for me. I pop a pm to a mod online and he usually tps and bans the hacker/camper.
Sorry to tell you lol.

Have you considered that you are just wrong? That the people who you think that are hacking aren't? Statistics probably states if that you have reported 100 people and NONE them have been banned, that you are falsely reporting people. If you've reported like 5 people then that is not a large enough sample period.

The camping thing is a diff problem completely.

Yeah, but I don't like how you can't give a full report in the chat anymore. Maybe there could be two report systems, one detailed and the other one this one.

Did you not read why we took it away? Misuse more than proper use.

People would use /report and say "fuck you moderator for muting me you piece of shit" more than "MasterGberry is using Forcefield, Aimbot and auto-pot. Watch him at the beginning of the match and you'll see what I'm saying.". I personally prefer the new system than the old system because it's cleaner for Moderators to look at and sort through.

The reason for this is because people can spam /report and waste time. In addition, as said above, the probability of fighting multiple hackers in 5 minutes is extremely slim. I agree with this post, and it's message should be taken into account.

Personally I think the /report system is gr8 becuase yesterday someone was camping, I /reported them, and boom "<Playername> was kicked for "Camping""

I guess, but I still think that there must be some other solution. I like to be able to report fully what is happening
