Chunks unloading when in f5

Just reinstalled BLC after a long time…Noticed that often when i enter/exit f5 mode all my chunks are briefly gone before loading again, it's quite annoying.
Was wondering if there was a certain setting that's causing this? Never happened when I used the client before, nor with any other clients.

Hello, Rackals.To fix this you can try going to your Minecraft Video Settings => Performance => Fast Render and set It to OFF
If this does not work. You can try disabling Fast Loader In BLC3. BLC Options => BetterFrames => Fast Loader
If none of these work please let me know!
