It would be cool to have Badlion chat emotes, like twitch emotes that only badlion users can see. Right now I know it's possible with resourcepacks by replacing chinese characters with images, maybe you guys could find a clever way so it doesn't exclude certain characters.Here I replaced the chinese characters from unicode_page_5a.png located in assets/minecraft/textures/font with Twitch emotes
unicode_page_5a.png (I added a black background so it's visible):
unicode_page_5a.png but upscaled to 768x768 instead of 256x256 and with the twitch emotes:

Maybe replacing certain words with the emotes would make it so people who don't have badlion wouldn't be as confused. It would just improve the experience to people who use the client because they would be able to see them.Last edited on 04 May 2021 - 01:28 AM by Ratge
Also using mcpatcher I was able to create animated emotes

+1I like the idea of emotes in chat however not 100% sure about custom emotes as they could be easily abused.

it's a great idea, but obviously if they ever put emoticons on they'll have to have a limit.+1
