I am on 1.16.5 badlion on a 1.16.5 survival server, the issue isn't my texture pack and only happens in Badlion Client because when I tried it on vanilla 1.16.5 it wasnt broken.Heres a picture of the bug: https://imgur.com/a/pyQd9F4

Hey,It might be a bug within BLC 3.0, try switching to 2.0 and see if it works.

Great!Enable blc3 in the launcher.
And to fix the number positions
Disable “item fast Render”
Press RSHIFT > Graphics > BetterFrames.
