Hello

So I have 2 questions regarding binds:

1. Before the BLC 3.0 update, I had "L" binded to Slot 9 however afterwards, L would just not work no matter what I binded it to. This means that L is clashing with something new in the update but I don't know what it is since it doesn't say it's clashing with anything in controls. I know this is solely a BLC issue since on Lunar, L works just fine as it used to. Anyone know?

2. How do I add the hotkey that instantly says in chat your most recent previous message? I'm not sure if it's on BLC but I see it all the time so just curious.
