If I do what is given in the title It flickers. Does anyone know how to fix also my badlion flickers completely in a black screen if I tab out and tab back in

I believe you have to turn off 'fast item render',,

Press ESC > BLC Options > BetterFrames > Fast Item Render (turn it off)
