Well, I wanted to share with you a technique that I think I have found to remedy the badlion alt tab bug which causes it to freeze or even crash.
I went to the Nvidia control panel in manage 3d options and I put 'low latency mode' enabled not in ultra but only enabled
and this fixed my problem for me
