If Badlion's Hypixel-Skyblock-Addon would be forbidden, there would have been hundrets of people posting here about it weeks ago when they had their anticheat changes in "kick mode".Badlion's Mod is safe to use.
If you think that there are certain features which do not comply with the updated Hypixel Skyblock Rules, it'd greatly help if you name those specifically.

one of them is avoid braking stemsonly mine ores in the deep caverns
only brake trees in the park
disable placing enchanted items
disable ember rod on island
and a cupule more.
