Build Portfolio (If you do not have one on PMC please link screenshots of all of your build work):
How many hours a week you can dedicate to building/fixing maps:
Any past build teams experience:
Why you think you are a better candidate than other applicants:
Do you have Teamspeak?
How do you respond to critique and criticism?

If you are accepted, Varicks will add you on skype and contact you there. Further information will be disclosed there about the build team processes.
