Hi,
First of all, sorry for my bad english i'm french and i'm not really good in english.

When i try to change my settings in badlion client, like schematica keybinds to another things, it doesn't save it when i quit badlion.
The other settings, like basic settings, sneak, sprint, forward, etc.. work perfectly, but the badlion settings, like schematica, replay mod, blc slide menu, and blc emotes / spary / other, don't save.
Maybe i do something wrong, but, can you help me pls and tell me a solution pls.

Try Creating a New Profile.
If the problem still occurs, Please Submit a bug report through the launcher.
