Can't see hearts on 1.16.5

So i wanted to play with my friends on their server, which is on 1.16.5. I quiclky swapped versions and when i log in onto that server i don't see my hearts, hunger, exp etc. Can someone help me with this? (i was usinng BLC3)

you need to go to blc options and then bettergraphics and then disable fps boost, then it should be back to normal
