Like 30seconds before, if there's no mods online/it isnt enabled, globalmute is automatically enabled to deal with "LAG" and so forth

Yes, its a good idea but eventually people will figure out the key word and will spam it to enable the global mute.

I think he means to just add an automatic global mute 30 seconds before a server restart with a message like "Server is about to restart, expect some lag."
I think this is a good idea.
