I was banned from the Discord for linking to a "virus" but I ran the files through every antivirus INCLUDING RUNNING IT ON MY MAIN MACHINE.Where can I appeal for a false ban?

In the Discord Rules for Badlion it states that you can't advertise. That is most likely why you weren't given a warning, you should probably make your own thread on this though, just a suggestion. I'm sure a staff member would look into it.

Hello,
Telling people how to overclock their monitor (changing from 60hz to 100hz) by telling them to download something is not a good look, especially with people using windows can easily change their monitor hz by going to display settings.

Even if our rules don't specify it you shouldn't be dm advertising at all as its against Discord TOS, according to a tweet made by them in 2018: "We highly discourage uses from DM advertising as it can lead to actions that are against our ToS such as DM spam which can cause your account to be disabled."
If the person asked to send you the invite to the discord server called "Fuseme", it would be a totally different story, but judging from the screenshot, you were dm advertising the discord server to the user, which isn't allowed.
