Motion Blur

Hey, the new motion blur on Badlion 3.2.2 is triggering to me, let me explain.The items on Badlion 3 new motion blur has a little bit of frame lag, meanwhile Badlion 2 motion blur is perfect, I dont know how this works but yeah.
(I use 1.00 motion blur on Badlion 3 and 0.70 on Badlion 2)

It doesn't look like a big difference but it effects my gameplay causing me to switch to Badlion 2 for the moment, please fix.

I was doing some testing and found out BL3 motion blur has screen tearing, meanwhile BL2 doesn't.
