This is most likely caused by your resource pack. You can change the resource pack by going to Options > Resource packs
You could also change the resource pack's files. Do this by opening file explorer and going to C:\Users\YOUR_USERNAME\AppData\Roaming\.minecraft\resourcepacks, selecting the resource pack that you want, then go to this location inside of the resource pack (if it is a zip, unzip it): assets\minecraft\textures\gui\title\background
There you will be able to change all images of the panorama on the start screen.
