Motion blur bug

My Motion Blur always turns off when I get hit.I have fast render off
Version 1.8
Badlion 3.0
Optifine: Enabled

Hey,This bug is known, for a temporary fix, this might work;
Try enabling the mod "ColorSaturation" and put it on the default, 1.0.
Motionblur may work after this and the colour will not change.
