So i understand that it may have something to do with the location of the servers but i do know of one exception to this. a list of the servers (that i can remember) are spacepotato.de, introuble.de, (sometimes but not always) antiac.net which i am using the US proxy for as i live in the US, and finally, the one exception is: bridger.land, which is hosted in Dallas TX, USA, and it is close to where i live, so i don't understand why i cant log on to this server. when i do try to log on it has a odd message, and i will try to remember to add a screenshot of it. hopefully this helps fix my issues and issues for others in the future.

I do have the same problem, it shows the same message without the "bridger.land" and the slash and numbers and dots which follow. https://floomby.io/s/030721/C9v3CfWj?a this is the image, it popped up with this link so i will use that, also, i did this on forge with a couple Hypixel Skyblock mods, and a keystrokes mod, but i have tested it on plain 1.8.9 with the same result. I feel like I should mention this, but on 1.17, with the servers which haven't updated to it yet, on the vanilla client, have the message that shows on the servers tab that you click on to join it, instead of "cant connect to server" which it has most of the time but on some occasions it doesnt, and on those occasions, trying to join yields the same result.

Its been a week or so and im still have this same issue, and havent gotten a response. Something weird is that my sister who uses the lunar client on this same computer can easily log on to spacepotato.de, one of the servers i mentioned in the orginal post, i could just use that and switch to my account and back to hers and such, but i would like to join on Badlion. although still with vanilla and blc on 1.8.9 i cant join and i see the same message after a short period of time as the screenshots before
