I can't see my hot bar

Help please! Everytime I use Badlion on 1.14, 1.15, 1.16 i cant see my hotbar. Its invisible. I can see the items in the hotbar, just not the gui so it's really hard to see what slot im on. Can someone help :((I am in BLC3)
PS : I copy paste someone text because i have the same issue

hello,Disable “FPS Boost”
Press RSHIFT > Graphics > BetterFrames.
After that please submit a bug report using the button at the bottom of the launcher.
