I mostly play on 1.8.9 but I tried out 1.17.1 and when I switched back to 1.8.9 my mod profile was gone along with a few other of my profiles (but it was still in the folder). Is there any way to fix this?Also, whenever I am on 1.17.1 I can see all of my mod profiles but when I am on 1.8.9 I can only see one.

Hello Cool_Mil,We are aware of this issue and our developers are currently investigating the matter. As of right now there is no quick fix other than backing up your profiles and importing them as soon as they break.

I have the same issue, but was wondering how I import the file back to 1.8.9? The file still there but not showing up when I choose to pick between them? Or should I just wait until it's resolved to try again?Posted on 14 July 2021 - 10:17 PM

The file doesn't show up for most players so you can't really import it back even though its still in the folder. You'll just have to wait for the bug to be fixed.

I am facing the same issue currently. Today I was playing survival on the latest update of 1.17 on Badlion Client. I played survival and then when I went to 1.8.9 to play on Hypixel Server. The whole mods I activated were gone! Then when I went to 1.17 again, I could see all of my mods. My mods are showing in 1.17 but not in 1.8.9. Please reply as soon as possible. Please take a look at both the other staff responses. The bug is known and as of yet there is no quick fix other than the one Wither suggested.
