Its been a while since i have last used badlion, but basically my badlion will get stuck at an update available screen, looping at "downloading badlion assets".

I have tried reinstalling, have tried deleting badlion versions from the versions folder, tried force deleting badlion, no matter what i do it does not boot, i am using blc 3

How can i fix this? does anyone know? i am trying to run 1.8.9 with optifine and blc 3, i have java 8 11 and 16 installed (yes i need all 3 for spigot plugin development) but i am pretty sure badlion is using java 8 which it downloaded itself.

update: i have also tried using the backup java version and tried running minecraft in debug mode, nothing helps because it does not even get past the update thing
