Hey,Optifine is still in preview mode for all versions of 1.17. Once it's been updated for 1.17, it will likely be updated for 1.17.1 almost immediately, and it will be added to Badlion when it is fully released.
You can join the Discord for updates on 1.17. Keep in mind that there is only 1 developer working on Optifine.
