I'd like to be able to play but I can't right now. I do use a VPN, it's hosted ~30 minutes from where I live. The settings on the firewall, which I cannot change, are too high and won't let me play any other way. Can this be lifted for my account? I'm a donator and play regularly, not sure if that means much.. but yeah. :o-Shamed

In some cases, the route your ISP takes for certain locations can be really slow and result in unwanted lag. Connecting to a VPN close to you will eliminate your normal ISP route and take the VPNs route instead which will give you a faster connection.
I'm sure you already know this, but I feel some players should be granted exceptions as long as you double-check that they are not ban evading.

I supplied you with the reason, the Firewall built into the router.. Doesn't allow most ports to be used. I can only use a sstp to bypass it, and it's the only way I can play 99% of games.Posted on 19 March 2015 - 08:13 AM

I'm asking what kind of a firewall it is so I can try to help you here >_>VPN's are not being allowed still. There are possibly alternative ways to get around the firewalls you have in place though.
