Some Textures disappearing (1.16.5)

Hello I was on a minecraft server and I couldn't see raw porkchops or cobblestone so I went into a singleplayer world and saw thishttps://medal.tv/clips/41NtO-D7DCZKU/2ZSn3mle8G1V With Optifine

I don't know why this occurs maybe something my pc not sure but hope Im not the only one

Hey,Please submit a bug report at the bottom of the launcher, haven't heard of this being an issue yet.

This is happening quite often.I have the same issue on 1.16.5.
Even though refreshing the textures helps, but only temporarily.
