AFTER 3.3 PATCH

chat disappear bug(some sentences are disappearing)
SBA mod(pet indicator bug, command text bug, chest profit calculator bug)
chroma fade delay bug(auto sprint, keystrokes mod. incredibly fast speed even fade delay is 0)
just enough items mod lag(if you turn on just enough mod, huge lag if you open inventory)
lag(at title menu, esc menu)
frame drop(my fps keep drop 100-> 0~4)

I found some answers that turn off fast render is help decrease lag at esc, the title menu
but if I turn off fast render, too much lag in-game
