My badlion is unable to display my optifine and other people's optifine. do you know how to solve it?

Hey,

Do you mean you cannot see peoples optifine capes? If this is the issue, make sure you have optifine enabled in the launcher and in minecraft details.

ESC > MC Options > Video Settings > Details > Show Capes: ON
