I have tested my fps with the vanilla minecraft client, which gives me about 140 FPS, badlion 130 FPS, and Lunar client 340 FPS.
Same seed, same settings. My hardware https://www.userbenchmark.com/UserRun/38363285

Why do the FPS have such a huge difference?

Hello Nolas154,

Have you enabled everything under Betterframes yet? If you haven't please do so.
If you're getting less FPS than in vanilla Minecraft, please visit this guide and follow the steps instructed there.
