Okay so yesterday I switched from Lunar to Badlion as Lunar was so laggy. But after a day of using, Badlion takes forever to launch minecraft. So, I googled it and tried reinstalling the client but now Badlion takes forever to login into my account. What should I do? (I have already tried reinstalling it multiple times)

Hello 8018,

Regarding the client not starting:
Please make sure you don't have any Firewalls/VPNs/Anti Virus software that may be interfering with the client and that BLC3 is enabled. Lastly, if your issue still persists, please try deleting the version assets. (steps to do this are listed below)

For Windows:
Open Run by pressing on "Windows+R".
Type "%appdata%/.minecraft/versions/BLClient/PRODUCTION3".

For MacOS:
Open Spotlight by pressing "CMD + Space"
Type "~/Library/Application Support/minecraft/versions/BLClient/PRODUCTION3"

For Linux:
Open Terminal by pressing "Ctrl + Alt + T" (by default)
Type "cd ~/.minecraft/versions/BLClient/PRODUCTION3"
Use "ls" to view all existing minecraft versions in the directory

And then delete the corresponding version folder for the version you are trying to launch.
Restart your PC.
And try to launch it again.

Regarding the client taking forever to log into your account:
Make sure you don't have any Firewalls, VPNs or Anti Virus software that may be interfering with the client.
If you're on a Microsoft account, this might be due to migration breaking authentication systems.
Are you getting any errors?


If none of the methods I've listed for both issues work, please submit a bug report at the bottom of the launcher. I hope this helps!
