Hey, I am Gonzalo, the new Head of Community Managers. Over the past few weeks I have worked on completely revamping the Community Management team. This revamp includes the creation of one new position and three roles within the Community Management team. I will now go ahead list them:

1. Senior Community Managers
2. Suggestions Community Managers
3. Events Community Managers
4. ??? Community Managers

Senior Community Managers
This position is only handed to the Community Managers that have gone above and beyond to help out the team. This position cannot be applied for, it can only be earned through hard work. The first few to obtain these roles are @Prince_Flair and @uhCurious

Suggestions Community Manager
The Suggestions Community Manager position is a brand new position within the Community Managers department that will work alongside the other positions in the Community Managers department.

The purpose of this position is to gather suggestions from the Badlion community which may benefit the Badlion Client and help us give back more to the community by adding features and hosting events primarily based on community suggestions. This position will give us an insight of what the community wants and with your help, we can give back to our community and give them a better experience than before.

Events Community Manager
This new position will allow our new members to receive sufficient training to host official Badlion events with other Events Community Managers suggested by the community and by our other position the Suggestions Community Managers. Events Community Managers will also decide which events to host based on what they find interesting and fun.

??? Community Manager
This community management team is still being decided, so for now it will remain secret and closed.

These are communication-centric voluntary roles, which will engage many personalities and profiles; it's therefore paramount that applicants have impeccable social & diplomatic interactive skills. This includes stepping back, listening and considering ideas that are different to your own, with a constructive and respectful outlook.
