The reason why I am making this complains is because;

I was going to play a Badlion EU UHC 03.15-2015 and while the countdown happened, my Minecraft froze and I crashed. When I got back on, it would not allow me to get back in. Therefore, I hop on to Pot PvP EU where I message bjr201111 explaining that I crashed and I asked him nicely if he could whitelist me. Well, I sent the message 5 times with various breaks because I thought he was gone. Then, I got muted for mute in msg. Without even a warning. Without getting the help I asked for.

I think the staff should focus more on helping players in need of help, if they spam them it's ok to mute them too I guess but helping them would be great.
And if they're spamming it's probably something important too…

Man I wish

The thing is that sometimes the staff are busy and are helping somebody else at the moment. You flooding their chat will only slow them down.
