Replay mod not working properly

I recorded a replay to make a video for my server about it, but when I opened the replay I can’t open the chat to manage the time line, speed, etc.I looked on google and it said to open the chat to be able to manage them but I can’t open the chat, any idea what’s wrong?
Btw yes chat is activated in settings if that helps and I did restart my game
