I was using 1.17.1 and trying to use the light border thing for mob spawning but it wasn't working. I looked it up and somewhere it said to turn anti-aliasing on, which I had off. I for some reason decided to crank it all the way up and restarted my game for it to take effect (I might have also touched anisotropic filtering but I'm not sure). Now when I try and launch the game from the launcher it opens but it is just a black window.Posted on 01 November 2021 - 12:51 PM
Hi @Komkast,Please follow this instructions:
Launch a different Minecraft version (preferably 1.16.5) with Optifine enabled and set the antialiasing level to 0 in Minecraft Quality Settings.
Tell me if the issues persist

I was able to fix the issue with the black screen already by loading the same version in the minecraft launcher and changing the settings there. But I still am not able to enable anti-aliasing in badlion client without the black screen on restart. Do you know how I could fix that? @uausonosalvoPosted on 02 November 2021 - 05:34 AM

@uausonosalvo still persists unfortunately, I have also tried uninstalling and reinstalling the launcher and that didn't work either. It's not big deal at this point though, but if you have any lasting ideas I will be sure to give them a shot.Posted on 02 November 2021 - 11:57 AM
Hi @Komkast,Please submit a bug report at the bottom of the launcher and explain there your issues, wait a tech support member response and follow his instruction.
