Hello FirstMegaGame4,as far as I know, the Badlion Chat was removed some time ago.

It was marked on BLC 3.4 that Badlion Chat was temporarily disabled and would return to 3.5.But if that has changed, will it ever come back?

Hello, thanks for your question!Badlion Chat was temporarily removed in order to make it more efficient and fix bugs that commonly occurred with the it; to my understanding, it should return in future updates, however there is no set date or time in which this will occur.
