badlion client not working

I'm using a translator, so the words may be sloppy. To get to the point, badlion client doesn't turn on. I'll upload a video of the problem, so please review it Your text to link here video...Posted on 15 November 2021 - 11:26 AM
Hello,Could you please check if the following steps resolve the issue for you?
1: Close all Badlion Client processes in the Task Manager.
2: Delete the C:\Users<USERNAME>\AppData\Roaming\Badlion Client\ folder.
3: Try opening the Badlion Client again.
If that did not work, could you please ensure that there is no software running in the background, which may potentially interfere.
Please make sure to inform us, whether the steps above resolved your issue, or not.

Hello @__Dodam__,Please submit a bug report with the following instruction:
Press WIN + R and paste this directory %appdata%/Badlion Client/logs and take the file main.log and renderer.log
then upload them on https://workupload.com/ and make sure to submit a bug report here https://www.badlion.net/forum/category/108 and paste the link.
When you have done please wait a response from a tech support member
