Fix the ELO System for Spawnkilling

Dear Badlion Staff Team~Please fix the ELO system for SG. People, including me, are getting killed off from spawn and it's not fair to lose 20-40 ELO because of spawn-killing. I lost about 30 ELO just from one game by someone killing me off from spawn. Maybe you guys can fix it where you will lose like 5 ELO or so if you get killed below the 30 second mark or lower. Then after the 30second mark, the elo system thingy will be normal again. Just an idea. If you can take this into consideration, that would be awesome.

In the Hunger Games each person selected had to make the decision "Do I want to risk death to head to mid and get my loots or do I want to hightail it the fuck out of town and hide in a corner"You too must make these choices.
